1. Rules on using web pages
Internet pages operated under the domain name www.orkla.cz were created and operated by VITANA, a.s., with head office Byšice, Mělnická 133, head office Mělník, Post Code 277 32, Czech Republic, registered in Commerical Registry administered by Municipal Court in Prague section B, file 605 (hereinafter referred to as „VITANA“).
The content of the pages is operated and continually renewed and adjusted by VITANA in compliance with the legal system of the Czech Republic.
VITANA reserves all copyrights. By connecting to the internet pages you undertake to observe the conditions.
Information contained on the internet pages are used solely as the general overview of the objects of interest and are designed for personal requirements of the web visitors who are fully responsible for their use.
VITANA is not responsible for the completeness, accuracy, material, and time correctness of information contained on the pages and on other pages available via VITANY website. For actual information contact VITANA via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
VITANA does not guarantee the connection possibilities and prefect running of the pages and also does not guarantee direct or indirect harm (material and non-material) occurred in relation with the use and connection to the pages or as a result of failed connection to the pages or the use of the content.
2. Consent with personal data processing of the applicant after the tender procedure
VITANA, a.s., with registered office Mělnická 133, 277 32 Byšice, CRN: 148 03 691, registered in the Commercial Registry administered by Municipal Court in Prague, section B, file 605 („Administrator“), is interested in maintaining and processing information on the employment applicant signed in the tender procedure at the Administrator for the purposes of potential invitation and participation in the selection proceeding announced by the administrator in the future.
Personal data of the applicant will be processed (a) within the scope of identification and contact data of the applicant, and information the Administrator received during the tender proceedings (e.g. CV, application form for the tender procedure) and (b) within 12 years from providing this consent.
Personal data of the applicant will not be provided to third parties or passed to third countries. The applicant is entitled to make the personal data of the use accessible to persons who process the personal data for the Administrator as the processors (e.g. the creators of the web pages). Actual list of the processors will be sent upon request on address email@example.com.
The provision of the consent is voluntary. The applicant is entitled to withdraw the consent any time by notification in writing to the Administrator. In such case the personal data processing completed based on this consent will be immediately terminated. If you withdraw your consent, it will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data prior to that withdrawal. The applicant is entitled to ask the Administrator to access his/her personal data, their correction or deleting, e.g. processing restriction. Under the conditions defined in article 20 European Parliament and Council Directive (EU) no. 2016/679 from 27.04.16 on the protection of physical persons in relation to personal data processing and on free transfer of the data and on the termination of directive 95/46/ES, the applicant is entitled to transfer his/her personal data provided to the Administrator. The applicants can contact the Administrator in the matters of personal data processing using email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the applicant thinks his/her personal data is processed in breach with the legal regulations, he/she is entitled to contact the Administrator and request correction, using email address email@example.com. If the request of the applicant is entitled, the Administrator shall immediately remove the defects. It does not affect the applicant to file a complaint directly at the Office for Personal Data Protection.
